IF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM PROPULSION DESIGNS DO NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, YOU MAY RETURN THEM WITH THE PACKING SLIP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF WHEN YOUR ORDER WAS ORIGINALLY PLACED.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROCESS EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME, ONLY RETURNS. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED VIA THE METHOD IN WHICH YOU PAID. ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

FOR PROPULSION MOMENTUM MEMBERS, RETURN SHIPPING LABELS ARE FREE IF RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDERING.
FOR ALL OTHER GUESTS, RETURN SHIPPING LABELS ARE $5.95 FOR ANY NUMBER OF RETURNABLE ITEMS. THIS $5.95 FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED AND DELIVERED WITHIN THE LAST 30 DAYS.
RETURNABLE ITEMS MUST BE IN “NEW” CONDITION.
RETURNABLE ITEMS MUST BE 100% UNWORN AND UNWASHED.
RETURNABLE ITEMS MUST STILL HAVE ALL PROPULSION STICKERS AND/OR TAGS INTACT.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE?
MERCHANDISE THAT IS MISSING TAGS.
MERCHANDISE THAT IS WORN OR IN ANY WAY ALTERED.
MERCHANDISE THAT HAS BEEN WASHED.
ANY SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED DURING CHECKOUT ARE ALSO NOT REFUNDABLE.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
ALL REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS (2 WEEKS) FROM WHEN YOUR PACKAGE WAS RETURNED.

FIRST, PLEASE CONTACT US WITH YOUR “EMAIL ADDRESS” AND “ORDER NUMBER” - AS WELL AS THE ITEM(S) FROM YOUR ORDER THAT YOU WISH TO RETURN.
WE WILL EVALUATE THE REQUEST AND RESPOND SHORTLY THEREAFTER WITH A PRINTABLE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. ONCE THE RETURN IS PACKED AND SEALED WITH THE PRINTABLE RETURN LABEL, YOU CAN DROP YOUR PACKAGE OFF AT ANY UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (UPSP) MAIL LOCATION OR POST OFFICE.
FOR MOST ORDERS, YOU CAN ALSO DROP RETURN PACKAGES AT ANY BLUE USPS MAILBOX, A USPS BUSINESS/WORKPLACE MAILBOX, OR EVEN YOUR PERSONAL, HOME MAILBOX… ANYWHERE THAT THE USPS COLLECTS MAIL ON A DAILY BASIS.

MOST PRODUCT RETURN REQUESTS WILL ALREADY HAVE OUR RETURNS WAREHOUSE ADDRESS PRINTED ON THE RETURN LABEL. IN THE RARE CASE THAT IT IS NOT, YOU MUST MANUALLY PRINT OUR RETURNS WAREHOUSE ADDRESS ON THE RETURN PACKAGE BEFORE DROPPING IT AT A USPS LOCATION / SENDING IT BACK. SEE ADDRESS BELOW.

UNFORTUNATELY, AT THIS TIME, WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABELS FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. PLEASE SEND YOUR ELIGIBLE RETURN TO:
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT WITH PREPAID POSTAGE AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. PAYMENTS. WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKABLE METHOD TO SHIP BACK YOUR RETURN ORDER.
HOW DO I TRACK A RETURN?
YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL THROUGHOUT YOUR RETURN PACKAGE’S JOURNEY BACK TO US. ONCE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE IS INSPECTED AND APPROVED, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS (2 WEEKS) FROM WHEN YOUR PACKAGE WAS RETURNED.
